High-end bike manufacturer brings ease of use to its dealers through B2B website
Argon 18 has launched a comprehensive user-friendly B2B portal offering dealers an optimal streamlined sales process including viewing actual inventory to ordering and tracking shipments to access to technical and sales materials. The portal is a cohesive tool available to dealers as it provides real-time inventory and allows dealers to place their orders directly.
“Having the top quality bikes in the world is one thing, being able to offer superior dealer service is another and our B2B portal is an important milestone for our company to bring these two goals together. Our focus as we grow as a company is to further develop our relationship with our dealers and have seamless efficiency with them,” says Christian Lafrance, Director of Sales North America, Argon 18.
Key Aspects of the Argon 18 Dealer Portal:
- View orders, invoices, account statements and deliveries
- Track shipments
- Place orders directly – bikes and parts
- Access all the tech documents (Assembly Guides, Tech Cards, etc.)
- Access all the marketing materials (photos, POP ideas, templates, logos, bike 3Ds, videos, etc.)
- And more
“As a specialty brand, we work to develop technology with our products and also with our connection with our dealers. In today’s market, when the customer is ready to buy, a dealer must be able to provide the most accurate information. Our new portal allows dealers top quality and real time service to their customers,” Lafrance added.
Future developments include the handling of warranty claims through the portal.
