CSR - Customer Service Representative (North America)

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager

Tasks / Responsibilities :

• Provide customer service, order taking and tracking, and administrative management of customer service.

• Provide after-sales service to retailers.

• Maintain customer accounts on B2B.

• Establish and maintain a relationship of trust with retailers already in place in the given territory in order to maximize sales.

• Manages warranty claims.

• Work in collaboration with other team members and support the sales team. 

• Work with independent agents to achieve sales figures for the given territory.

• Analyze and report on sales growth in the given territory. 

• Prepare sales forecasts for each of the retailers and future retailers.

Required :

• DEC or AEC in marketing, management, administration or a related discipline. 

• 5 years of experience in supporting independent retail sales. 

• Experience working remotely with sales teams.

• Impeccable written and spoken English. 

• Mastery of the MS-Office suite (Excel required).

Minimum knowledge of cycling or sports equipment is an asset.

Project Manager

Main responsibilities :

• Advise and support VP Products and team leaders in the planning and monitoring of projects related to objectives, scope, schedule and achievement of results.

• Ensure the coordination of the tasks of the people involved within the various teams (marketing, R&D, product, etc.) according to deadlines, in close collaboration with the various team leaders.

• Monitor project schedules

• Estimate and monitor the resources (time, budget, equipment, etc.) required

• Ensure communication between the different teams involved 

• Develop the required documentation for the different phases of the projects and ensure its dissemination

• Participate in the development of performance indicators

• Develop and maintain the change request logbook

• Support the budget monitoring process and prepare related reports

• Support the accountability process

• Support teams in the implementation of tools and practices for continuous improvement

• Support VP Products and the various team leaders in all other related tasks related to project management 

 

Requirements :

• Have a university degree in a relevant field or at least three years of experience in a similar position

• Master computer applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, as well as project management and planning applications 

• Knowledge of cycling will be considered an asset

• Project Management Professional (PMP® certification will be considered an asset

• Certification in continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma) will be considered an asset

Inventory and Logistics Technician

Inventory and Logistics Technician

Daily:

• Tracking of shipment exceptions with suppliers.

• In collaboration with production and purchasing, establish the scheduling of future merchandise receipts. 

• Preparation of documents for receipt of goods according to procedure.

• Identify according to the procedure the goods of the different receipts. Take the necessary actions in real time to correct anomalies. 

• In collaboration with the shipment, generate standard shipping documents. 

• Ensure that the inventory of active products is properly maintained for all locations. 

• Notify your immediate supervisor of any anomalies concerning the inventory, import and export of goods.

• Assist your supervisor in various projects.

 

Depending on the frequency of the tasks:

• Monitoring inventories at our suppliers, analyzing deviations, proposing solutions and notifying your supervisor.

• Perform cyclical inventories on different products. Account, analyze and identify gaps. 

• Ensure the physical scheduling of components. 

• Verify, approve and make credit requests for invoices related to transport and customs clearance of goods according to procedures.

• Identify and follow up with the relevant departments and employees on uncompleted transactions in the database that affect inventory values.

• In collaboration with his/her supervisor and production, actively and continuously participate in process improvement. 

• Participate in department meetings. 

• Participate in the annual inventory. 

• All other related tasks. 

 

According to needs: 

• Be able to perform certain tasks of the production department such as launching manufacturing, invoicing, freight forwarding, order management.

 

Qualities sought:

Account Receivable Technician

Account Receivable Tech

Main functions:

Reporting to the Controller, the Account Receivable Technician is responsible for invoicing, accounting for accounts receivable and collecting amounts in accordance with established policies and procedures.

More specifically, its functions are as follows:

• Manage accounts recevable

• Assist in setting credit limits

• Analyze credit requests

• Open customer accounts

• Ensure compliance with payment terms and conditions

• Collect from customers

• Send the statements of account

• Make deposits at the bank

• Evaluate problematic accounts in order to establish an action plan in collaboration with sales representatives

• Respect the objectives for the processing of customer calls

• Update the various information in the computer system

• Work closely with the various departments involved in operations

• Perform all other related tasks

 

Requirements :

• Have a diploma of technical college studies (D.E.C.) in accounting or administration, equivalent experience may supplement the diploma

• Have 3-5 year(s) of relevant experience

• Have a strong ability to work within tight deadlines

POSITION SUMMARY 

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and professional candidate for the position of Controller, under the authority of the Director of Finance, the candidate will be responsible for supporting the accounting team.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Management of accounts payable and receivable

• Participate in the month closing process

• Preparation of month-end journal entries 

• Preparation of worksheets by balance sheet item and analysis of them

• Analyses of several income statement items

• Produce financial statements using the accounting system

• Participate in the year-end audit file

• Produce financial statements using the accounting system

• Respond to various analysis requests from internal/external

• Preparation of budgets and financial forecasts

• Analyze variances between the budget, the previous year and actual results

• Prepare sales tax remittance returns (GST/HST/QST/HST)

• Monitor capital assets, depreciation, amortization, accrued expenses and prepaid expenses

• Prepare, maintain, monitor, track and file the various supporting documents related to month closure

• Ongoing review of business processes to identify and recommend potential improvements

• Recommend and implement new business processes

 

PROFILE REQUIRED 

• Detain a CPA title

• Bilingual (French and English - advanced level essential)

• 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position

• Experience with an automated accounting system, ERP

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Demonstrate initiative and focus on improving procedures

• Have a very good sense of analysis and for its rigour

• Superior Excel and computer skills
