About Notio Technologies

Notio Technologies Inc. is a subsidiary of Argon 18. Based in Montreal, Canada, the company aims to improve the performance and safety of cyclists. Thanks to new technologies and artificial intelligence, Notio Technologies collects essential data and makes them easy to use during races, training or fitness. 

The first commercial product, Notio Konect, records data in real time and analyses performance by combining as many sensors as possible into a single portable device.

This innovative technology makes it possible to isolate various factors to calculate the real-time CDA in order to draw an overall portrait of the performance.

The Notio product is marketed and sold in several countries throughout the world via our network of distributors and partners. In addition, Notio will be sold online directly to end users from May 2019.

 Product Support

 RESPONSIBILITIES

 Sales Support and customer service:

• Assist customers and resellers in product installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Respond to sales and support requests via live chat on website where needed and assigned to do so.

• Enter Track and update support tickets at the customer service level via the online CRM system.

• Follow-up of information requests via the online CRM system.

• Occasional early starts to provide support for customers, distributors and dealers in Europe.

Product Training:

       • Train customers and resellers to properly use the product.

 Documentation:

        • Participate in the drafting and development of technical documentation: FAQ, manual, quick start, etc.

 Product tests:

       • Participate in testing for validation and product development.

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

       • Strong verbal and written communication skills;

       • Experience of using Customer Management Systems;

       • Requires strong presentation skills;

       • Technical or scientific training would be an asset;

       • Communicate effectively in English;

       • Be prepared to work in ever-changing environments;

       • Knowledge of cycling: power sensor, cyclometer, aerodynamics, positioning and training;

       • Requires good interpersonal skills and good technological skills;

       • Being an experienced cyclist or triathlete is an important asset;

       • Being passionate about cycling is a strong asset;

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager

Tasks / Responsibilities :

• Provide customer service, order taking and tracking, and administrative management of customer service.

• Provide after-sales service to retailers.

• Maintain customer accounts on B2B.

• Establish and maintain a relationship of trust with retailers already in place in the given territory in order to maximize sales.

• Manages warranty claims.

• Work in collaboration with other team members and support the sales team. 

• Work with independent agents to achieve sales figures for the given territory.

• Analyze and report on sales growth in the given territory. 

• Prepare sales forecasts for each of the retailers and future retailers.

Required :

• DEC or AEC in marketing, management, administration or a related discipline. 

• 5 years of experience in supporting independent retail sales. 

• Experience working remotely with sales teams.

• Impeccable written and spoken English. 

• Mastery of the MS-Office suite (Excel required).

Minimum knowledge of cycling or sports equipment is an asset.

Project Manager

Project Manager

Main responsibilities :

• Advise and support VP Products and team leaders in the planning and monitoring of projects related to objectives, scope, schedule and achievement of results.

• Ensure the coordination of the tasks of the people involved within the various teams (marketing, R&D, product, etc.) according to deadlines, in close collaboration with the various team leaders.

• Monitor project schedules

• Estimate and monitor the resources (time, budget, equipment, etc.) required

• Ensure communication between the different teams involved 

• Develop the required documentation for the different phases of the projects and ensure its dissemination

• Participate in the development of performance indicators

• Develop and maintain the change request logbook

• Support the budget monitoring process and prepare related reports

• Support the accountability process

• Support teams in the implementation of tools and practices for continuous improvement

• Support VP Products and the various team leaders in all other related tasks related to project management 

 

Requirements :

• Have a university degree in a relevant field or at least three years of experience in a similar position

• Master computer applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, as well as project management and planning applications 

• Knowledge of cycling will be considered an asset

• Project Management Professional (PMP® certification will be considered an asset

• Certification in continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma) will be considered an asset 

• Spoken and written bilingualism (French and English)

CSR - Customer Service Representative (International)

Customer Service Representative

Job description :

Under the authority of the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing quality support to distributors. Its activity is focused on commercial relations. He is responsible for taking care of customer orders and ensuring that the entire process, from receipt of the order to shipping, is carried out according to established standards. He is also responsible for managing warranty claims and performing administrative and support tasks necessary for efficient operations and sales. 

 

Tasks/Responsibilities :

• Establish and maintain a relationship of trust with clients.

• Inform, detect needs, advise and direct customers to the right speaker. 

• Conduct customer dissatisfaction surveys and follow-up.

• Tracking orders on the B2B site (transactional website) and issuing access codes to customers.

• Enter orders in (ERP).

• Ensure the invoicing of everything related to exported goods.

• Ensure the integrity of information related to customer records in the ERP system. 

• Track late orders and B/Os.

• Planification of shipping materials.

• Confirm shipping instructions for customer orders.

• Contribute to the improvement of service logistics.

• Participate in the continuous improvement of the department's working procedures.

• Process warranty requests according to the established policy and response times.

• Participate in the preparation of sales documents: price lists and terms and conditions.

• Produce and send various reports.
