Tim O’Donnell signs with Argon 18

11/01/2010

Argon 18 is once again very glad to announce the signature of a new collaborative agreement with American triathlete Tim O’Donnell. The new ITU Long Course World Champion will be using Argon 18’s reputed E-114 for the next three seasons.

The addition of Tim O’Donnell to the already strong group of athletes working with Argon 18 is particularly significant for the Montreal based company since his last season was nothing less than remarkable with a total of 11 podiums placing, including 5 victories and 3 course records. These results lead the USA Triathlon Athlete Advisory Council to make him the “Non-ITU” Athlete of the Year. For 2010 he will concentrate on the Ironman 70.3 events, with a special focus on the World Championship in Clearwater at the end of the season.

The signing of Tim O’Donnell with Argon 18 confirms the high level of interests the Canadian company has for the most prestigious events of the Ironman and Ironman 70.3 series. A few weeks ago Argon 18 announced the signature of a similar collaboration with Estonian power house Ain-Alar Juhanson and another one with Australian triathlete Luke Bell whose level of performance in the past years allows him to hope for a top spot in Kona this season.
